About Coccinelle:

Coccinelle is a reference brand in the production of bags and fashion accessories founded in 1978 in Parma, Italy. The Italian brand produces four collections each year, with a wide range of products offering women a wide variety of bags, shoes, handbags and fashion accessories, including jewelry and scarves. The products are sold all over the world through a consolidated network of 50 single-brand stores and around 1,000 multi-brand stores in Italy and abroad.

Challenge

As an Italian company, Coccinelle enjoyed strong brand awareness in the Italian market, but Coccinelle's online presence in international markets left a lot to be desired. And because the fashion market is very competitive, Coccinelle had to figure out how to leverage online marketing best practices to gain an edge. In other words, the number one challenge for the company was to increase brand awareness among non-Italian customers by promoting online brand awareness in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany.
